CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET
The ZoxZone Gateway is connected to the Internet via an existing T1 line, a cable/DSL/ISDN modem or satellite.
By using a broadband connection, end users can experience Internet speeds many times faster than conventional
dial-up modems. |

THE ZOXZONE GATEWAY
The ZoxZone Gateway handles the network management tasks such as IP routing, user authentication, access
usage and billing. Security features such as SSL encryption and a network firewall are included to prevent
unwanted access to sensitive data. |
THE NETWORK SWITCH
The other component directly connected to the ZoxZone Gateway is a network switch. This switch collects all
of the information from the users and directs it to the server for processing and distribution. |
CONNECTING TO ZOXZONE
Users connect to ZoxZone via a WAP (Wireless Access Point) for wireless connectivity, RJ45 jacks for wireline
connectivity and PLC devices bridges for powerline connectivity.
